The KPG 25 kV is an extremly compact netmains-independent high voltage test set. The output voltage can be adjusted steplessly in the range 0...25 kV. The device has an internal discharge unit. The energy supply is alternatively carried out via mains, external direct voltage 12V or internal accumulator.
This portable high voltage cable test set exists in the versions 50 kV, 80 kV, 110 kV and 120 kV. They consist of a control unit and a high voltage unit. The output direct voltage can steplessly be adjusted by zero to nominal voltage. These devices are used for voltage testing of power cables. By measuring voltage and leakage current the insulation resistance of test objects can be determined.
The portable cable test sets KPG 20kV VLF and KPG 36kV VLF are used for testing of medium voltage cables with extruded insulation (XLPE-, PE-, EPR-insulation) and nominal voltage up to 6.3/11kV VLF (KPG 20kV VLF) or 12/20kV (KPG 36kV VLF) in accordance to DIN VDE 0276 / 620 (CENELEC HD 620). Test is carried out with an low strain practice with very low frequency voltage of 0.1Hz and proof voltage level of 3x U0 R.M.S. Test enables detection of damages of insulation within short test time. The device is also able to test medium voltage cables with impregnated paper insulation. Cable sheat test with direct voltage is possible as well.

The CRM-2010 is our state of the art battery tester. Determination of the internal and electrochemical resistance of a battery block is easily performed.
Our new CS-4001/127 is equipped with a modern user interface, based on an embedded LINUX computer, TFT-Display and easy to use rotary-push-button. Use the measurement system as a stand-alone, remote controlled, or even as a Web-Server to perform capacity tests over the Internet. Combine the CS-4001 with an electronic load to build up a state of the art capacity test system. Capacity testing is the only way to determine the exact state of health (SOA) of a battery.
Each cell of a battery installation will be “cellized” into its relevant parameters, starting with simple float voltage measurements and ending with internal resistance analysis.
The High-Voltage Insulation Test Sets are truly portable device that allows the measurement of insulation resistances using test voltages up to 20kV. It employs a state-of-the-art technology for the safe measurements of insulation resistances up to 4.000.000MW with four test voltages: 5kV - 10kV - 15kV and 20kV. Readings are performed through an easy-to-read analogue indicator, having a broad scale.
The Medium Voltage Insulation Test Sets are state-of-the-art microprocessor controls the equipments operation and enables the incorporation of advanced features which make measurements easier: auto-range selection, 4000 readings memory, AC/DC voltmeter, automatic measurement of Absorption Index and Polarization Index, leakage current and capacitance measurement, timer enabling programming of test duration, configurable Pass-Fail test, Step voltage test, built-in printer, real time clock and calendar.

Low Voltage
Many experienced technicians consider that insulation measurements are best performed with analogue instruments, because they get useful information from the pointer displacement along the time. This equipment is specially indicated for that people, because it is a true analogue, simple to use, cost effective, insulation resistance tester.
In this equipment measurement accuracy is guaranteed by an state-of-the-arts signals amplification system, offset-free and of high long-term stability. For each test current, the micro-ohmmeter has two scales, automatically eligible by the microprocessor in order to increase ten times reading resolution. Test current may be adjusted by the operator in every one of the scales and their values are measured using an analogue indicator, making it easy to measure resistances with a significant inductive component, as in the case of big transformers windings.
Resistance readings are shown in the alphanumeric display with up to a 4½ digit-resolution. It allows to measure resistances up to 200W, with basic accuracy of 0.25% and resolution of 1mW. Measurement accuracy is guaranteed by the state-of-the-art system for signal-amplification, offset free and with long-term stability. The equipment has a serial output (RS-232) that allows to collect measured values in a printer, lap-top, palm-top, computer, or any data logger in order to register the tests performed.

Its operation is based on the use of a high-frequency measurement current (25 kHz), for which ground wire inductive impedance - taking into account a typical length span is reasonably high, making it possible to reduce the effect of the adjacent towers under measurement. The equipment only measures the ground resistance of the surveyed tower, including its base. The extensive G systems, such as meshes, buried wires, metal pipes, etc, are measured only considering the closest section to the connection point, so that the measured value represents the performance, against a pulse signal similar to an atmospheric discharge.
Medium Voltage Hi-Pot Test Sets are Microprocessor controlled is the latest-generation instrument for dielectric tests. Its built-in microprocessor allows to program voltage, time and break induced current. Voltage output of alternated current can be adjusted up to the nominal voltage of each model. Its built-in and high-precision chronometer allows to program tests' time. It can adjust the break induced current limit.
